I am a contemporary fine art painter working in abstract realism, a style that sits at the crossing point of the observed and the imagined.

I paint from Cyprus, where the light is particular and the landscape finds its way into my work. The sea, the hills, the architecture of old villages are not always visible in my paintings, but they are always present.

My practice draws on realism, impressionism, cubism, and abstraction. Not as categories, but as tools: ways of getting closer to what a moment actually feels like, rather than only what it looks like.

To collect my work is to own something made with full attention: a painting that holds a specific place and time, translated into color and form.
